Tony King is a chartered accountant with over fifteen years experience in finance, accounting and corporate matters.
Tony is responsible for business development and transaction execution. Over a number of years Tony has developed key relationships and extensive networks with fund managers, stockbrokers and financiers.
A chartered accountant by training, Tony’s career has included several years of investment banking and financing experience, including periods based in London and the east coast of Australia.

Ian Macliver has had many years experience in many areas of corporate activities including:
- equity and debt raisings
- mergers, acquisitions, takeovers and divestments
- debt and equity reconstructions
- company valuations
Prior to Max Capital, Ian held senior positions with two licensed securities dealers.
Ian established Grange Consulting Group in 1995 with a view to creating a specialist corporate advisory business providing a unique range of services to listed and unlisted companies. As a result of his corporate experience, Ian has established contacts with many venture capital and broking institutions. Ian is currently a director and/or chairman of a number of listed companies.
